I need too many redstone wires :/
What about making a block that spreads redstone signal in all direction?
Like a radio wave transmitter? Maybe use the mod from @Chicken-Bones (Wireless Redstone- CBE). That could work.

Actually, I need a mod that doesn't requires reciever.
I mean, transmitter scatters redstone signal for a shape(e.g. sphere of radius 10), and all block that need redstone signal for activate(e.g. pistons, BC engines...) catch scattered signal than starts working.
Azruine this is not the place to ask for mods. I suggest that you make this a post on the MC forums.
