Pipe interfaces cause server crashes.

When opening and the closing a pipe interface, the next item you try to open will fail and the server will crash, I'm unsure if this is caused by the next item, or if the latency for the crash is a bit high and it's occurring on close of the pipe interfaces.
Confirmed reproducible with Crafting Pipes and Interaction (name?) pipes.
