I am running MCPC+ server, and sometimes my server freezes for good 1-3 minutes and this long SEVERE error starts appearing in my console: http://pastebin.com/J0Dqw04n

No idea if it is MCPC related or ProjRED related.

Try it on a normal server and see if it still does that. Come back with an actual crash log if it does.
