[BUG] Colored Trees spawning floating/on top of stuff

I've updated to the 30 version and started seeing a lot of the colored trees spawning in odd places, often floating or spawning on top of village buildings or on top of other trees.

I've been able to reproduce this on build 32. Though not often, trees may spawn on other trees (observed in jungle biome)
