When you have a system with multiple Firewall Pipes set on whitelist, the last one will always be the only one displayed on the Gui Routed Request pipe. The firewall pipe acts on the system entirely not only on the path he is in,

chest one : whitelist -> spruce planks (not showing up)
chest two : whitelist -> slime balls (shows up)
