The CPU has a limited number of cycles, can we make a creative one or maybe make the current one infinite at Short.MIN_VALUE (akin to items lasting forever at that value)?

I was going to just make it a config option to not require a controller..

But then it might be wanted for survival. I know I would like that in survival. Maybe both?
