Crafting with Red Alloy Ingots

I am not sure if its ProjectRed or GT issue. I am unable to use GregTech version of Red Alloy Ingot inside any of the ProjectRed recipes. I guess that recipes in PrRed are using directly PrRed Red Alloy ingots and not oreDictionaried entry.

If this is an issue on GT side, please let me know, so I can report it to Greg instead.

This should have been done in #567, but I can do it now. And, yes, it is a PR issue.

Well the ingot itself might be registered as oredict version. But the PrRed crafting recipes are still directly calling for ProjectRed and not oreDict version

I just did quick search and not every recipe uses ore dicted version of Red Alloy. Wire Debugger is still requesting to be crafted with PrRed Red Alloys only. Otherwise it looks fine. If I will find other problems, will come back with new issue.

Must not have got every single reference, Scala IDE for Eclipse is not always working properly with Search.
