A gate that outputs a specific redstone power level upon input. Maybe variants that are inverted or dividers/multipliers.

Edit: I can work around it, but if the bus input panel would only shut off instead of clear when receiving a redstone signal, that would be nice. Unless there is a good reason for this, ofc. Probably bad for people building codelocks with this. Hrm.
