I tryed to put charcoal or coal into the electrotine generator but it doesn't take any of them.

Electrotine Generator uses Electrotine as fuel to generate power. Only in dust form, not in block form.

Are you serious ? There is really no way to produce power with coal in that mod ?
On Redpower, the generator allowed coal.
