If the bundled output of one IC-gate (a) is the input for an other IC-gate (b), an update of the output of IC-gate (a) does NOT force an update on IC-gate (b). (shown on the left side of the picture)

Nevertheless:

1. the outpug of IC-gate (a) does update a bus-transiver. (shown on the left side of the picture)
2. if I put a bus-transiver between the output of the IC-gate (a) and the input of IC-gate (b) it works fine (shown on the right side of the picture)

PS: If you need any detail about the IC-desgin I used, I will add this here. But It seems that this has nothing to do with the IC-design itself.
