The top and middle rows should behave the same way, right?
(This was way worse before the release, the bottom row used to be the fastest)

Since these aren't array gates, they don't actually send signal through. there is a two tick delay from input to output on the bus transceivers. Other than that, not sure what the problem is.

commented

Yes, the delay seems to work correctly.
Green is ON for 4 timer ticks, Orange is pulsed. "Green" transceivers are "signal checkpoints"

Problem -> Only one of the "red squares" lights up on the middle row (both should).

There used to be a problem in the prerelease
(the bottom row was as fast as the top one, but that was fixed since then)
Now the signal (correctly) does not propagate, because the timer tick is too short, thanks for fixing that.

Still not sure what the problem is. Break down that monstrosity into a simple demonstration using 1 gate.

commented

one gate on it's own probably won't suffer from that.

This part of the circuit should be enough...

Lime signal is ON
orange signal is OFF
both sides of the "Green" busxcvr should light up, but only one does.

EDIT: Yes, the part on the picture is enough. (checked in release 4.0.0 build 2)

I am sorry I don't have time to grab 1.6.4 and test now.
I'll test it as soon as possible (Which means next weekend.. cursed computers and internets)
