I was trying to make a modpack using your mods, but I noticed one of the dependencies, namely project red transmission(the 1.7.10 version) is nonexistent, I cannot make it work without this mod.

Its looking for it in the 1.7.10 version though

Transmission wiring used to be part of the Integration jar back then. On 1.7.10, the integration module will contain both gates and wiring. It was split into transmission only recently.
