What happened?

So, me and another person in creative mode are unable to make muli layered ic's it appears to be uneditable..

How do you make it happen again?

Go into Creative mode -> Spawn workbench -> take blueprint out of creative -> unable to use other layers than main layer

Only the main layer is available, as the vertical via type connectors are not implemented yet. Without them, there's no way to get signals from one layer to another. Shifting to other layers was even disabled to prevent this confusion until these are implemented.
