Red alloy wires "transmits" signal through micro blocks to pistons when on ceiling.

This is vanilla mechanics at work. Dont power a block diagonal from a piston. If the piston recieves a block update when powered diagonally it extends. This is what makes BUD switches possible so dont expect it to go away either.
Workaround: Use covers instead of a full block.
Im gonna guess that the powered block is powering the head of the piston. This isn't a bug.
