Strange Visual Glitch, Transparent Hands/Held Objects

I just installed the Base, Integration, Transmission and Compatibility modules for Project Red, and upon entering the world, I noticed that I appeared to have transparent hands, which extends to any object I am currently holding, I have looked to see if anyone else has encountered this problem, and have not found any.

Of course, Here are some screenshots:

When I disabled the modules, my hands went back to being normal.
I do not know if this is a cross mod interaction, and as a precaution I have disabled all but the mods needed to actually run Minecraft (Forge, ChickenCodeCore, etc), also I am not using any visual altering mods such as Optifine or Better Shaders, but I am launching the game from Multi-MC.

This issue occurred with version 4.3.7 and version 4.3.5.

If you need my system information, please tell me so I can post it, I don't want this to be too much of a wall of text.

Oh, I disabled the mods after I took those screenshots, so the AM2 UI components are in there. But regardless the issue persisted after I disabled all the mods.

Strange, but there is not way this has anything to do with ProjectRed. Are all of your mods up to date with what is recommended for your build of PR?

I'll go and see if that may be the cause, thanks for the suggestion.

Ok, I have removed all mods except for the three Project Red modules for version 4.3.5, and ChickenCodeCore version 0.9.0.9. Running using Forge 9.11.1.965. The problem is still there. I did notice that my hands became normal when the light level on my player changed via moving close to a fire block. On a hunch I added the Lighting module, and my hands are now normal all the time. I have no idea why this is happening; I didn't install the Lighting module as the server I am going to play on did not add it to the pack (its a magic mod pack, I suggested Project Red to assist with building complex redstone mechanics, Lighting was not included as the lights were pretty "techy"). Still, this anomaly puzzles me.

I still feel like there is no way this could be a problem with PR. None of the code even does anything that could cause this...
