Suggestion as title.
Many mods and also vanilla minecraft has the ability to mine with silk touch.
The ore blocks mined this way are not compatible with Thermal Expansion machines.
I propose adding Thermal Expansion recipes for smelting with Induction Smelter and for the Pulverizer for additional stuff just like other mods added their own.
There's also no basic vanilla smelting recipe for the ore blocks.

The only ores that i add are gem ores, they can't be pulverized because that would make no sense. As for the furnace, done in next commit.
