Unable To Save World after entering Nether with Multipart/PR

With Project Red (Base) and ForgeMultipart (with my personal custom modpack), entering the Nether will result in the Nether being unable to save. Entering the Nether portal back into the Overworld results in a crash. This is with Forge 1264.

This only happens with Project Red installed along with Multipart, without PR there is no issue/crash.

Logs, stack and mod list here:

I cannot see how Project Red is causing this (I may be wrong though)

It is quite likely another mod is playing up, perhaps ChickenChunks or another chunk loader.
The world could be corrupt, does this happen in a newly generated world?

Did you have another Minecraft game open at the same time? This error suggests that:

[16:19:57] [Server thread/ERROR]: Couldn't save chunk; already in use by another instance of Minecraft?
net.minecraft.world.MinecraftException: The save is being accessed from another location, aborting

I have literally tested this out. With PR it has issues/crashes, without it
is fine. It happens on a new world and no another minecraft process was the
first thing I looked for.

  1. Created new world.
  2. Entered Nether.
  3. Left Nether.
  4. Edited world.
  5. Save+Quit
  6. Reloaded world.

No issue found. And don't see any way PR could be causing world problems like this. Im gonna say its not PR.
