CPU trouble confirmation?

Hello, a few days ago I started running a custom mod server and the tick rate was insanely low to the point I had to use a profiler. First thing was crystals mod taking up 47% of CPU so I thought the issue would fix itself after removing it... Well the transportation module was running a constant thread that was taking up a good chunk of resources (30+%)and after removing mechanical tps stabilized greatly. This was days ago but I understand there's a new version out. Has this been fixed in that version?
That has not been touched. How many routed pipes are being used on the server? They usually don’t pull so much cpu resources like that.

There weren't any to my knowledge. Though I used a profiler which I have very little experience with. The thread that was there was under the 'waiting' category rather than the 'runnable' category of the cpu profiler. Is that normal then if it's just waiting?
If not, I can add the mod back and investigate further
