Lamps don't "save their state" on world unloading

Lamps that are connected to an active redstone signal look like they get no power after starting the world again.
Used: Project Red with all modules in version 4.0.1.4
Before world quit :
After restarting my SSP world:
Note that this is not just a texture glitch, the lamp gives no light.
I tested this setup with a vanilla redstone lamp and there is no problem.
