Older issue of the same thing was closed and was apparently fixed, but it wasn't. The flashing sky is caused by a combination of ProjectRed and Photoreal. WHich mod is the cause?

There is nothing in ProjectRed's code that would even come close to interfering with the sky. Im gonna say this is a Photoreal thing. This was thought to be fixed, but after rewriting some of the only bit of code that could POSSIBLY be the problem, it was closed. Report this to iChun.
