Can't place Lamps on Fences

Lamps use to be able to be placed on minecraft fences.

Now they will not attach :(

Works for me. What version of Project Red are you using? Make sure it's the latest. What face of the fence are you trying to place the lamp on? (top/bottom/side)

It's whatever Project Red version is currently in Bevo's Tech Pack version 11-Full

it says there are 7 child mods, but I don't know their mod versions

Looked in the mods folder: ProjectRed-Lighting-1.7.10-4.5.1.51.jar
