Config options to blacklist dimensions like for mods Caverns II and such

Awesome, love to see this mod active. An issue I noticed, may be my end. But when breaking the random rocks etc doesnt drop anything, unless i dig the block out from underneath it.

And reason I asked fro blacklist (For Mod, and/or each Worldgen Item), it was weird seeing Leaves in the Caverns Dimensions, even the Water one lol. Thank You!

Rocks and other groundcover don't drop itself when destroyed, and they're not supposed to drop when the block underneath is removed, that may be a bug. You have to sneak and right-click it to for it to drop. I don't remember why I chose it to drop that way, but it will probably change.

Added in 1.6.0 - not tested though
