[Suggestion] Try to learn the item set into refined emc link if it is not already learnt

I'm just tired of the process that every time i try to put an item into the refined emc link and found it isn't already learnt, and close the UI, open tablet UI to learn it then go back.

Fixed in next version. Also if you shift-transfer item in link, it will also learn it and add to free slot if any
