Can't open arcane transmutation table

Hello,
I'm playing on a modded server with many mods, among them Thaumcraft 6 and ProjectEX. I tried once to make Salis Mundus via the ProjectEX Arcane Transmutation tablet and after a client side crash, I'm unable to open the Arcane Transmutation Tablet window. Notice however that it is somehow linked to my player data as other player don't have this issue. The Arcane Stone table is also working perfectly fine. Here's some debug info regarding the Java Exception print stack:

I thought I would also be able to fix this situtation by tryin gto edit my player nbt data file but it seems it didn"t do anything. If you have any solution for this I would gladly here them.
