To reproduce:

Build a rocket with base 1 block above the ground including a laser on top, i.e. thruster-tank-tank-controller-laser.
Right click the controller - rocket should fall down 1 block.
Right click on the tank - server crashes with above report.

Reloading the world causes the same issue.
