Spacecraft looks really buggy when i launch it

In my Modpack the Spacecrafts I make change into some random blocks and I don't know why. It has to be an incompatibility with an other mod because in my Test Profile it didnt. I can't figure out which mod tho. I mean its not that bad because you only look at your spacecraft when you launch it basicly. It looks ridiculous.
