Add Motion shouldn't negate fall damage if it doesn't lower your motion enough

perhaps the min should be 0.2 motion up (which is rather noticable) to negate fall damage?
Maybe, "If the spell cost is 0 then it shouldn't negate fall damage." That's the actual exploit here, no? Fall damage reduction is easier to get in other ways, and glide and climb spells don't exploit this feature anymore anyways, but it does make quality of life for movement spells much better.
