The harvest level of a CAD for the purposes of block breaking spells. 3 is diamond level. Defaults to 2 (iron level)

i got this setting on 2
but i can break literally everything, from TAIGA lvl 8 blocks / obsidian / what ever i want

so #BugReport?
(one other thing, i cant F3+c when the default key is c, so no forced log :/)
