K so uh, lemme list some things that I found while playing with Psi;
1: The Psi bar/meter graphically spazzes out.
2: Whenever I started spending the knowledge points, and escaping the manuel menu, the Psi bar did the spazzy thing from above, but then dissapeared after a few seconds. Clicking the keybind that pulls up the menu again brings up the "Oh, it looks like you did things in a previous world" thing. As if I didn't even spend anything at all.
3: After a great many seconds of doing the above, it crashed. Crashlog: http://pastebin.com/XhS5sZtU

(Btw, Wire did look at the log and says the crash isn't his fault. Zero idea if that's true or not, as I'm legally blind, and reading crashlogs is the best way for me to get bloodshot eyes and headaches very, very quickely.)
