I broke some glowstone that had been enderio-painted with Chiselled Limestone. I was returned vanilla glowstone blocks. Not sure if this was your intention. I'm inclined to have it either return the painted block (as happens when you break painted glow with a pick) or glow dust (as happens when you break vanilla glow.
