I was running Minecraft 1.11.2, forge 2204, Psi-r1.1-44, and AutoRegLib-1.1-4. In a new test world I created, upon loading my previous progress, the psi bar would constantly fluctuate between 5000 and 3000, and I was unable to reliably use any spells, and would crash after about a minute of this.

As well every time I tried to open a spell programmer I would get the message about not knowing how to operate the spell programmer and have to reload my tutorial progress.

The issue was happening if I reloaded my tutorials or started over. Although when I did reload them, I had more levels then I had actually unlocked on my current account.

I am able to repeat this anytime I load psi, be it 1.10.2, or 1.11.2. With the current 2204 or previous version of forge 2185. Although worlds created before today are unaffected.
