[1.10.2] Crash from LAN players

Getting a crash in a LAN environment on 1.10.2:
Getting this exact same crash in singleplayer. Entered the nether, using this spell on leggings.

After landing on the conjured block, crashed. Crashing instantly on reloading the world.
Edit: Removing the leggings with a NBT Editor stops the crashing.
