Im currently not wearing any Psi armor or holding any tools

when taking damage (for example, im doing blood alchemy) it is using charge from my Psi storage

I have my CAD on my person, but not in use and no active spells
When the CAD is not on me and i take damage, i do not lose Psi charge

I get that too. It's whenever I take damage at any point, but especially in combat. It makes it hard to use something like a regen spell or a fancy offensive spell. Is that intentional or not?

I assume this is intentional. Some sort of balancing thing i would guess. Might be from the show/anime (idk which; never saw it) that something along those lines happens.
