Block Break and Collapse don't work with obsidian

I'm guessing this is intended for some reason, is there a plan to enable this at higher levels or with special actions?

Alright, so looking a little closer at the code it seems that this is a config option at the moment.

the pickaxe will break obsidian with break block tricks.
