Hey!

I am unable to get spells into spell bullets - When I rightclick the Spell Programmer, with the standard Caster<Debug spell, it gives me the same message as when you haven't reached level 1 yet.
I am able to access the Spell Programmer and make spells.
The bug only occurs on servers.
