I found a small annoyance while mining for gold for psimetal, I came across a vein of redstone but when I tried to use my simple vector raycast break block spell, it did nothing to the ore, it's simple to replicate and my latest log doesn't show anything suspicious to what I saw but hopefully it does tell something of use, hope you can find the cause of this but I don't mind carrying a pick for it in the meantime.

side note, it's also the same with diamond ore for some reason

and gold ore, is the mining level for the break block spell just changed for some reason?

apparently my config was set to a lower level, strangely I don't remember changing it
