the CAD usually use the block on the right of it in the hotbar to place blocks

however the CAD can be placed in the offhand and function properly, which free the main hand to go on other hotbar slots

i would appreciate if the slot used to place block while the CAD in offhand could be the one currently selected by the main hand, it would greatly add to the user friendliness
