Holding sneak and right clicking on a spell programmer with a CAD will transfer the spell in the programmer to the selected slot unless there is an invalid spell in the programmer. If that's the case, you will hear the spell programmer fizzle AND the selected spell will be cast. (this was quite annoying when I had a break block spell selected, and accidentally deleted the spell I was working on)
