Block Broken and Block Broken Side fail if the block is beyond vanilla mining range

To reproduce:

  1. Increase your mining range (e.g. with a Ring of Far Reach)
  2. Put any spell using Selector: Block Broken or Selector: Block Broken Side on a bullet in a psimetal tool
  3. Break a block at the edge of your mining range

This results in: ERROR: Spell Operation Vector is non existent or null at the position of the first of either selector to be evaluated. The spell functions normally if the block would be reachable with vanilla mining range.
