Exosuit Controller in offhand can open radial menu, but selecting doesnt work

Pressing the psi master keybind with the exosuit controller in the offhand will open the radial menu as long as the item held is not a tool from psi. However, letting go of the master keybind while selecting the desired spell does not select the spell.
Fixed in #571
