Problem:
I noticed that I was able to get strength 5 on a psimetal sword legitimately, this resulted in me being able to deal a huge amount of damage. The Complexity, Potency, and psi cost allowed for legitimate obtaining of a spell that would give the caster strength 5 for two seconds on entity attack.

I have JEI, JEI addons, Neat, MmmMmmMmm, and PSI-Beta 14 installed, if that matters.

Spell bullet used was a standard spell bullet inside of a psimetal sword, enchanted with sharpness 5.

I did use a creative CAD here, but the levels of stats should be obtainable by a late game CAD.

Solution:
Possibly scale levels of strength to be more expensive.
