Please add clientside prediction of spells to reduce rubberbanding

How to replicate

1). Copy/Paste Cloud Walk (https://www.reddit.com/r/psispellcompendium/comments/ejtbwa/cloud_walk_the_next_step_in_flight_spell/)

2). Hop on bad connection server

3). notice the huge rubberbanding occurring

Can confirm this on any spell that uses the motion trick, more notable with upward motion. It delays the spell long enough, and by the time it gets executed on clientside, the player just gets flinged all the way to the atmosphere.
