Fixed... at least in regards with the constant wrapper, should still be possible to exploit something like this with vector construct but that's a job for future me (or Dudblockman)

Using vector construct, it is possible to freeze an entity completely using add motion, create vector, and the exploit described in the issue mentioned above. It's a pretty cool trick though, maybe we shouldn't patch it?
