Steps to reproduce:

1. Do the introduction to Psi
2. Follow tutorial 1, 2, 3 and 4
   ! Spell from tutorial 4 can't be casted (Potency 150/100)
3. Beginning tutorial 5
   ! Tutorial 5 showing should be potency of previous spell as 31/100

What I expected to happen:
Being able to cast spell from the tutorial 4.
Having correct information in tutorial 5.

What happened instead:
Spell from tutorial 4 can't be casted (Potency 150/100).
Tutorial 5 showing should be potency of previous spell as 31/100
