Blink not Blinking

Psi version: 1.16.97
What I expected to happen:
Blink

What happened instead:
Not blinking when trying to blink into a block while walking or running.

Blink does work in the latest version? I don't get what the problem you're trying to describe is

I think this is saying that blink doesn't teleport you when you would end up inside a block.
