Further Information

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Made psimetal tool
  2. used any spell and place it on a normal spell bullet
  3. Cast spells until overload occurs.

What I expected to happen:
Psi Bar will display overload effect and prevent you use CAD.
What happened instead:
Psi Bar isn't display overload effect and your CAD can be use, though it just play the using animation.
