In MC 1.19, Puzzle 1.3.2, the vanilla Monochrome Logo setting is not respected.
This is evident because I am not using any resource packs that would affect the splash screen, so that setting should still take precedence.

This issue extends to 1.18.2, expecting a backport for this fix.
