If this is not crashing together - it's a cluster issue with multiple mods. Let me know if it's reproduceable, I will dig more on this issue if so.

How to get there:

1. Install both mods
2. press ALT in game and then go to the cogwheel for the effortless building settings by clicking it
3. you're in effortless building settings now? click the close button
4. game should now freeze/crash.
