The same issue was reported in the comments section of accessories mod page on curseforge already, but not on github.
I didn't test it with only puzzleslib and accessories yet, but the log points to that, and the comment at the curseforge page is also talking about it. It is a strange player tick exception caused by the game being unable to find the puzzleslib config. Other mods also start behaving in a strange way, spamming some errors.

I'm using Neruina, so it was prevented before happening, but information about the error is in the log file. Also, just go to the end of the log file to find the error. There is just to much spam.

Seems to be another mod that is causing the issue, so this is irrelevant. My bad.
