With just Tconstruct it doesn't crash, as well as Tcon + Puzzle lib. Only when Subtle effects is installed with both of them does it crash

Seems to be a problem with Fast Item frames + the other mods

There is nothing pointing at Fast Item Frames here. The issue simply stems from an infinite recursion caused by Tinkers' Construct + Puzzles Lib.

Fixed now in v8.1.29.
